How to apply

1. Print a copy of the application form and complete, following the instructions carefully.
2. Please read the Terms and Conditions that is attached to the Application Form very carefully before completing and signing the declaration section on the Application Form.
3. Post back to our Freepost address above, ensuring that you have completed the payment instructions or attached a cheque, if choosing to pay in full with a single payment in this way.
